Bobcats Cruise to Victory at Siena XC Invitational

QU Posts 5 of Top 21 Times in Team Victory
LATHAM, NY – Quinnipiac women's cross country turned in an impressive performance on Saturday afternoon at The Crossings, finishing in first place as a team (49 points) at the Siena XC Invitational.
Corinne Barney (18:13.6) finished in third place to lead the way for the Bobcats. Emily Young (18:16.9) finished in sixth place, and Liv DiStefano (18:22.3) finished in seventh.
Rachel St. Germain turned in the 13th best time. Quinnipiac finished with five of the best 21 times.

"We had a great day. Our women executed the plan very well. I was really happy with how the women moved up through the race and were patient. It was a great way to preview the MAAC Championship course so they can do some visualizing through the rest of the season."
