JERSEY CITY, N.J. – Quinnipiac men's basketball dropped a MAAC contest, 83-74, vs. Saint Peter's on Friday night at Run Baby Run Arena.

Matt Balanc led the Bobcats with 17 points, Tyrese Williams added 15 points, and Kevin Marfo turned in another double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Five Bobcats recorded double-digit point totals.

NOTES

Quinnipiac shot 22-of-59 (37.3%) from the floor, and 9-of-15 from 3-point distance.
QU assisted on 15 of 22 made baskets.
There were eight lead changes, and the game was tied four times.
Matt Balanc led QU with 17 points, shooting 7-of-16 from the floor.
Tyrese Williams chipped in with 15 points – his third-highest scoring mark of the year. Williams has now tallied double-digit point totals in seven games in 2021-22.
Kevin Marfo earned another double-double (12 points, 10 rebounds) over 25 minutes. Marfo went 10-of-12 from the charity stripe.
Tymu Chenery stuffed the box score with 11 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Dezi Jones recorded 10 points and six rebounds. Eight of Jones' 10 points came in the first half.
JJ Riggins added six points, finishing with a team-best +8 rating.
