Bobcats Win Three Matches Sunday vs. Wesleyan

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Quinnipiac men's tennis wrapped up the third and final day of the season-opening QU Invitational on Sunday afternoon, earning three wins vs. Wesleyan.
Ayato Arakaki and Alester Magalit each picked up a singles win for the Bobcats, while Javier Casasolas Monllor/Shaurya Sood earned a No. 1 doubles victory.

NOTES
- Javier Casasolas Monllor and Shaurya Sood have now teamed up for four doubles wins already this fall. They won a doubles match on Friday, picked up two match victories on Saturday, then won again today (Sunday) from the No. 1 position.
- Sophomore Ayato Arakaki picked up his first singles win of the season, cruising to a 6-2, 6-0 score.
- Senior Alester Magalit also earned his first singles victory of the year, as he won in straight sets over Lieb at the No. 3 position.
