Team Returns Home Next Saturday to Face Harvard
WEST POINT, N.Y. – Quinnipiac women's rugby was shut out on the road by Army West Point, 39-0, on Friday night.
Both teams were locked in a defensive battle in the first half, as the hosts led just 8-0 heading into the break. Army took control in the second frame, scoring 31 unanswered to seal the victory.
Quinnipiac falls to 1-2 in NIRA competition and will return home to take on Harvard on Saturday, October 2 at 1:00 p.m.
