NORTH HAVEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac men's tennis fell in a close non-conference clash vs. UC Riverside at the North Haven Health and Racquet Club on Sunday night.

UC Riverside took the doubles point, but the Bobcats battled back in the singles matches by picking up three of the six points.

NOTES

Axel Stern and Aleksa now have an impressive 10 total wins as a duo this year.
Alester Magalit improved his win total in singles play to eight. He earned a decisive two-set victory in No. 2 singles.
Axel Stern now has 10 singles wins, and 19 total victories this season. Stern won in three sets at No. 3 singles, taking the final set 10-8.
Austin Yannone also earned a hard fought singles win in the No. 5 spot. He now has five victories in singles play this year.
