Quinnipiac Appears on USCHO, College Hockey News and Local Media
HAMDEN, Conn. - The Quinnipiac men's ice hockey team was featured in local and national media over the last several days ahead of the Bobcats final weekend series this weekend at Brown and Yale.
Quinnipiac head coach Rand Pecknold and goaltender Andrew Shortridge (Anchorage, Alaska) were featured on USCHO.com while the pair as well as Peter DiLiberatore appeared on CollegeHockeyNews.com. In addition, Quinnipiac has appeared in several stories in the New Haven Register and on WTNH ahead of the weekend.
Pecknold also previously appeared on This Week In College Hockey hosted by Zig Fracassi on SiriusXM ESPNU Channel 84 on Sunday.
The Bobcats have a chance to clinch a first round bye in the ECAC Hockey Playoffs for the first time since 2015-16 are just one point behind Cornell from sharing a piece of their fourth Cleary Cup as the ECAC Hockey Regular Season Champions.
