THE BOBCATS LAST TIME OUT
Quinnipiac field hockey captain Michelle Federico (Cheshire, Connecticut) scored twice to lead the Bobcats to a 4-2 win against Georgetown in the first BIG EAST Conference game in program history.
• With the win, Quinnipiac opened the year at 1-0 in BIG EAST play while they also picked up their first victory of the season to improve to 1-6 on the year.
• Federico led three Bobcat scorers in the contest that saw Savanna Reilly (Hamden, Connecticut) score her team-leading fifth goal of the year and Ines Ruiz-Martinez (Madrid, Spain) score her first career goal.
• In goal, Quinnipiac freshman Olivia Golini (York, Maine) stopped four of Georgetown's six shots on goal for her first career victory.
ALL-TIME AGAINST BUCKNELL
The all-time series between Quinnipiac and Bucknell is knotted at a game apiece as the Bobcats won the first meeting between the two teams - 1-0 in Hamden on Oct. 14, 2003, before the Bisons responded with a 3-2 win on their home field on Sept. 5, 2004.

Bucknell enters the weekend with a record of 2-3 overall, which included a 3-2 upset of No. 12 Albany. Bucknell played Lehigh on Saturday, Sept. 17, after press time.

- Savanna Reilly's (Hamden, Connecticut) goal against Georgetown was not-only the first BIG EAST goal in Quinnipiac history, it was also Reilly's 50th career point - making her the 10th player in Quinnipiac history to hit the half century mark.
- Against Vermont, Reilly also became the 12th player in Quinnipiac field history to score 20 career goals.
- For her career, Reilly has accumulated 21 goals and eight assists for 50 points.
- To date, there have been six players in Quinnipiac's history with 20 goals and 10 assists for their careers.
