A four-year letter winner in basketball, Michael Pagliaro was a member of two NCAA regional teams during his career. Pagliaro led Quinnipiac to backto-back ECAC New England and City Series titles in 1977, 1978 and 1979 while earning AllCity team honors in 1978 and 1979. Named team captain as a senior, Pagliaro earned the Quinnipiac Golden QClub Award and was named team MVP. A two-time winner of the Quinnipiac Varsity Basketball Hustle Award, Pagliaro was selected to play in the New England Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame All-Star Game. Pagliaro was also a three-time selection to the ECAC honor roll.
