One of the most talented players in the history of the softball program, Bernice Borris was a solid pitcher for Quinnipiac teams in the 1980s. She recorded a 53–41 mark on the mound for Quinnipiac. During her career, she was named second-team AllNew England and appeared in the North-South All Star Game. She still holds the school record for career wins and is third alltime in strikeouts.
