Bobcats Place 8 on All-Academic Squad

EDISON, NJ – 8 Quinnipiac Tennis student-athletes have been selected to the 2024 MAAC All-Academic Team, as revealed by the conference office on Friday, April 19.

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.

Jordan Bradley, Alexandra Luehrman and Vera Sekerina made the All-Academic squad from the women's tennis team while Ayato Arakaki, Yasha Laskin, Gaurav Mootha,, Csanad Nyaradi and Shaurya Sood earned All-Academic status on the men's side.

The Bobcats will begin the 2024 MAAC Tournament on Saturday at Mercer County Tennis Courts in New Jersey. The #2 women's tennis program will take on #3 Niagara in the MAAC Semifinals at 10:00 AM, while the #2 men's tennis team will square off with #3 Marist at 2:00 PM.
