NEW FACES, NEW PLACES
- Quinnipiac welcomes 14 newcomers to the roster this season, with five transfers and nine first years on the 2024-25 Bobcat roster.
- A pair of draft picks highlight the transfer class, as Charlie Leddy (Devils) and Nate Benoit (Wild) join the defensive core.
- Chris Pelosi and Elliott Groenewold are both drafted incoming first-years, as Pelosi was selected by Boston in the 2023 NHL Draft and Groenewold was drafted by the Bruins a year later.
PRESEASON HONOREE
- Sophomore Mason Marcellus, Quinnipiac's leading returning scorer, was selected to the Preseason All-ECAC team in recognition of his offensive performances from a season ago.
- He led Quinnipiac with five, game-winning tallies a season ago and is the leading, returning scorer that the league offers with 36 points.
BACK-TO-BACK-TO-BACK-TO-BACK CLEARY CHAMPS
- The Bobcats became the first team since the 1984-87 Harvard Crimson to win at least a share of four consecutive ECAC regular season titles, and are picked to finish one spot behind a fifth consecutive based on the league's preseason poll.
- Quinnipiac earned a pair of first-place votes and were nine points behind Cornell, who was picked to win the league.
