MANCHESTER, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's tennis fell on the road at UConn by the final of score of 5-2 on Wednesday, March 1 at Magic Lincer Tennis Club in Manchester.

QU women's tennis returns to action on Saturday, March 4, as the Bobcats begin MAAC play at Niagara.

NOTES
- Claire Koscielski and Vera Sekerina each battled to a singles win for the Bobcats.
- Koscielski, who was named MAAC Co-Player of the Week earlier on March 1, won from the No. 2 position 6-2, 6-2.
- Koscielski has now won four consecutive singles matches this spring.
- Sekerina won in three sets from the No. 5 position over Cook.
- Koscielski and Sekerina also won the lone doubles matchup of the afternoon for the Bobcats, as the duo claimed a 6-3 victory vs. Cook/Takunyaci at No. 3 Doubles.
