Foster Cuomo Named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week for Second Time This Season

EDISON, N.J. - Quinnipiac men's lacrosse attack Foster Cuomo has been named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday, April 1.
The Preseason MAAC Player of the Year had another great week for the Bobcats, scoring five times to go along with two assists for seven points. Cuomo led the Bobcats' comeback charge at Siena on Saturday, scoring three times in the final quarter to help power Quinnipiac to the 13-10 win. Cuomo has 18 goal in four games this year for the Bobcats, the only unbeaten team left in MAAC play.
Cuomo's weekly award is his second Offensive Player of the Week honor this year. The Bobcats have earned four total MAAC weekly awards this season:
Will Abbott – MAAC Rookie of the Week (Feb. 11)
Foster Cuomo – MAAC Offensive Player of the Week (Mar. 25)
Nick DiMuccio – MAAC Rookie of the Week (Mar. 25)
Foster Cuomo – MAAC Offensive Player of the Week (Apr. 1)
Quinnipiac men's lacrosse – winners of six-straight games – returns to action on Saturday, April 6, traveling to Canisius for a MAAC contest.
