ALL-TIME AGAINST TEMPLE
- Quinnipiac and Temple will meet for the first time on Friday, Oct. 28 at Temple's Howarth Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Temple is currently 5-10 overall and 2-3 in the BIG EAST and sit tied with Old Dominion for fifth place in the conference standings.
- The Owls are coming off back-to-back losses Penn, 3-0 on Oct. 9, and Villanova, 3-2 on Oct. 15.
- Rachael Mueller leads the Owls, while also ranking among the BIG EAST leaders, in goals (9) and points (18) as well as game-winning goals (3). Mueller has scored in seven of Temple's last nine games, including a two-goal outing against Sacred Heart on Sept. 25.
- Katie Foran and Maddie Merton both check-in with four goals and one assist apiece for nine points.
- In goal, Maddie Lilliock is 5-10 with a 3.09 goals-against average and a .703 save percentage.
- Eight different Bobcats have accounted for Quinnipiac's 27 goals to date.
- Six of those eight have scored multiple goals (Reilly, 8; Barlow, 6; Belskie, King and Federico, 3; Costanzo, 2 )
- Savanna Reilly currently leads Quinnipiac in goals (8) and points (20).
- Reilly joins Kristin Crosby (2000, 2001), Jennalise Taylor (2012, 2013) and Jess Rusin (2011, 2012, 2013) as the fourth player in program history to post back-to-back 20-point seasons.
- Reilly is also tied for eighth in career goals (24), 11th in career assists (11) and nine in career points (59). Her next goal would make her the seventh player in program history with 25 goals and the seventh player in program history with 60 points.
- Quinnipiac currently leads the BIG EAST and NCAA Division I field hockey with 16 defensive saves.
- Angie King (South Windsor, Connecticut) currently leads all NCAA Division I field hockey players with 11 defensive saves, highlighted by a season-high three defensive stops against Villanova on Friday, Sept. 30.
- King is also NCAA Division I field hockey's active career defensive saves leader with 28 for her career. Lauren Belskie checks-in with the seventh most among active players with 11.
- Dayna Barlow (Port Elizabeth, South Africa) sits second behind Reilly with 14 points on six goals and two assists to date.
- Barlow has accumulated five goals and two assists for 12 points in her last six games, of which Quinnipiac is 3-3.
- Barlow has scored in three-straight games and five of her last six.
- Lauren Belskie (Hillsborough, New Jersey) has tallied three goals and two assists in her last five games, as well as two defensive saves. Belskie also has one of Quinnipiac's two two-goal outings after scoring twice against Liberty.
- Belskie's three defensive saves rank 11th nationally.
- Freshman goalkeeper Olivia Golini (York, Maine) has stopped 64 of the 94 shots-on-goal she has seen this season for a .681 save percentage while her 30 goals-allowed over 928:34 give her a 2.26 goals-against-average.
- Among NCAA Division I freshman goalkeepers with over 800 minutes played, Golini's has allowed the fewest goals (28) while her save percentage (.682) ranks third.
- Freshman Ines Ruiz-Martinez (Madrid, Spain) is tied with Savanna Reilly with a team-high four assists.
THE BOBCATS AGAINST THE BIG EAST
- Quinnipiac is currently 3-2 in the BIG EAST, including a 2-1 mark on its home turf against conference opponents.
- Quinnipiac has scored, and allowed, 14 goals in five conference games to date.
- Three of Quinnipiac's 14 goals have come off of corners, while the Bobcats have also allowed four special teams goals.
- Savanna Reilly leads Quinnipiac with three goals and two assists for eight points in five BIG EAST games.
- Lauren Belskie and Michelle Federico have matched Reilly's goal output in conference play with three each.
- Dayna Barlow checks-in with two goals and one assist in conference play while Ines Ruiz-Martinez had a team-high three assists, with one goal, in BIG EAST action.
