QU Returns for Day 1 of Preseason

HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac women's soccer took the pitch for Day 1 of the 2022 preseason on Tuesday, Aug. 2 at the QU Soccer Stadium in Hamden.

The Bobcats are the first fall team to officially return for practice ahead of the upcoming season.

QUOTING HEAD COACH Dave Clarke
"It always feels good [to be back]... coaches, by our nature, we want to be out on the field. The more time we spend on the field the better.

Each game had a little bit of a different theme (today). Without actually stopping and coaching them, they can pick up a lot of what we're about at Quinnipiac."

With our players and our talent - when you put it on paper - everything looks good. Our goal is to go forward in the final third and score goals. We have the potential to score goals, and we've got to play to those strengths."
