Christina Nasta is one of the best volleyball players in Quinnipiac history after having led the team to a 101–40 mark over her four-year career. The 1990 Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Year, Nasta went on to earn All-Northeast-10 First Team honors in her sophomore, junior and senior seasons. In 1992, she was named the NE-10 Conference Player of the Year while also leading Quinnipiac to the NE-10 Championship and earning Tournament MVP honors. She again led the team to the 1993 NE-10 Championship while collecting her second straight NE-10 Conference All-Tournament selection. As a senior, Nasta was Female Athlete of the Year.
